Possibly additions to the ROTK Extended Edition DVD from old news reports:

Faramir and Pippin
NEW! In an Ain't It Cool News Report (12/21/00), Harry noted a "wonderful scene between Pippin and Faramir." When Faramir sees Pippin dressed in his child-sized armor for the first time, they share a laugh. A poster at TolkienOnline post similar news: "Pippin's armour will be Faramir's from when he was a boy." According to AICN, Pippin then asks Faramir why his father is so angry and if there is anything he can do to help. In the book, although Pippin greatly admires Faramir there is little interaction between them. But it is likely that they will try and build up more of a rapport between Pippin and Faramir, as they did with Boromir in FotR, to give him more motivation for saving him from the pyre.

Faramir and Denethor
→ This audition script recounts a scene between Faramir, Denethor and Gandalf, giving us some clues as to how the relationship between Faramir and Gandalf might be portrayed and how Denethor's subsequent jealousy might be portrayed. However, I'm guessing it's going to be almost completely changed in the actual movie... as we can see from the following 'Ithilien' scene.

Faramir and Beregond
→ Apparently the New Zealand actor Ian Hughes will play Beregond, the Gondorian soldier who befriends Pippin and aids Faramir's rescue. Will he play a part in saving Faramir from the pyre? Who knows - atleast we know to look out for him.

Faramir and Éowyn
→ David confirmed to Caltanet that scenes were shot in the Houses of Healing - the place that, in the book, practically the entire Faramir/Éowyn romance story takes place in, and much more besides. (Miranda Otto has also confirmed that scenes were shot in the Houses of Healing).
→ This audition script recounts the first meeting of Faramir and Éowyn. However it must be noted that this is a terribly early version of the script and will almost definitely be changed in the final movie. It's very "true to the book", almost word for word their first conversation, slightly cut down. That's why I believe it will eventually be drastically changed. And just look at the first version of Ithilien here. It should give you a clue to how accurate the script is.
→ In this Ain't It Cool News Report, Harry Knowles has described watching a Faramir/Éowyn wedding being shot in pleasing detail!
