A pretty dead character, dramatically* [T] 27/12/02
A short Empire interview where David talks about Gollum, Sean Bean, Faramir in RotK and Van Helsing. I think he's a little mixed up with Denethor being the "King" though o.O

I don't think I would've turned up on set* [T] 27/12/02
Faramir heaven. David talks about Gollum in the form of Andy Serkis, the Lord of the Rings world, Faramir changes in TTT, Sean Bean and his involvement in RotK.

New faces in the Two Towers: Faramir* [T] 10/12/02
Pretty short. David discusses his resemblance to Sean Bean, and fencing lotr-style.

Ring Masters* [T] 01/12/02
David talks about his late arrival on set, and what he thinks of some of the other characters, such as Frodo.

Watch This Face* [T] 29/11/02
A casual yet insightful interview in which David talks fairly generally about The Two Towers and reveals how little exactly he thinks of himself. You just want to hug him.

When Wenham went to Heaven [T] 20/06/02
Despite the misleading headline, David is not dead.

Good and Ready* [T] 04/05/02
David talks about playing the cowboy in Dust and the background reading involved. Also a mention of Lord of the Rings and the contribution of Peter Jackson.

True West [T] ??/05/02
David's experience in his latest stage venture - True West.

On the Red Carpet* [R] 19/12/01
At the premiere of the Fellowship of the Ring, David talks about his high expectations for the film.

Faramir speaks* [T] 11/09/01
And Faramir is born! David talks with relish about his role in Lord of the Rings. Brief, mind you, but he does get a chance to go on to say a little about Dust, his cowboy movie starring alongside Joseph Fiennes.

Down with Banks [T][R] 07/09/01
A very formal, serious interview concerning The Bank, in which David is a mathematical genius. Also involved in the interview is the Director, Robert Conelly. But we still get to hear David's yummy accent :9

The Mask [T] [R] ??/09/01
In my opinion, this is the best interview of the lot. It gives a wonderful insight into David and really gives a great idea of his personality. Terribly funny, too.

Flaming bum dance [T][R] 27/08/01
Hilarious - a real gem. David is interviewed by 'Adam and Will' of The Brekkie Show about everything topical.

No Pun Intended [T] 11/08/01
More talk on Better Than Sex, but David also proceeds to talk about his own thoughts on relationships and sexuality. Louis B. Parks is a rather arrogant chap, no?

Soap* [T] 17/07/01
A fantastic insight into David's view of Faramir and his relationship with Denethor and Éowyn. He seems to be holding back on other Faramir issues as he was restricted as to what he was allowed to reveal. We also see his response to Tolkien's work being dubbed as "Nazi". Also, David's last comment on his character in Moulin Rouge is priceless.

Monty Python [T] 09/04/01
BBC Reporter Sian Kirwan (my first name, you know - it's a sign!) catches up with David at the London Australian Film Festival and asks what it's like to be in Britain. Short and sweet.

Absolutely terrified, mate!* [T1/2] 01/01/01
An Empire On Location report - they're filming the Return of The King scene in which Faramir rides out to battle to prove himself to his father. Film spoilers.

On looking like Louise Brooks* [T] ??/??/01
Includes a great account of what David thought of playing the effeminate Audrey in Moulin Rouge. A bit on Better Than Sex and Lord of the Rings.

Don't look into the fire* [T][MP3] 11/06/00
A radio interview on a little bit of everything - mostly Better Than Sex, but also finding room to mention Moulin Rouge and Lord of the Rings, David insisting that he really, really did read the book. Really. So many interruptions and phony laughs, it's downright hilarious. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the interviewer seems to think that David is playing Denethor.

Lord of the Schwing* [T] 28/10/00
David talks about becoming Mr Tomato Face and comments on practically every key role he has ever played. Tiny mention of Lord of the Rings.

A Dan For All Seasons* [T] ??/??/00
Molokai, The Boys, first TV parts and a refreshing question which studies David's take on Reality TV.

Saint or Sinner [T] 21/4/99
Lots of thoughts on why David decided to do some of his earlier roles, comparing his sinful The Bank character to the saintly Seachange Diver Dan.

In Style [T] ??/??/99
David talks about his 15 pairs of shoes and the importance of a collapsible iron. And we love him for it. Thanks to Cyberdiver2000 of the David Wenham Yahoo Group for this one!

Singing Horseman Priest in Hawaii [T] ??/??/98
David reflects on his rather difficult role in Molokai.
